Photo Package 1

25 or more high resolution, professionally edited and color balanced images.
Average home size for this package is under 3000 sq ft.
Property needs to be photo ready.
Pricing starts at $375

Photo Package 2

40 or more high resolution, professionally edited and color balanced images.
Average home size for this package is over 3000 sq ft.
Property needs to be photo ready.
Pricing starts at $575

Drone Package

This package provides aerial photography and/or videography of the property and estate exterior.
We are FAA licensed drone pilots.
Pricing starts at $375 – If bundled with Package 1 or 2 cost start at $175

Video Packages

Imagery and video to produce a 1-minute video with titles and royalty free music.
Cost: Starting at $500. Call to discuss production.

Matterport 3D ‘Digital Twin’ Virtual Tour Walkthrough Scans

Uplevel your listing with 24/7 open houses that are immersive, informative and made for exploration-from any device!
Scans are done with Lidar so dimensions and measuring are available in tours.
With meta tags and links, the tour comes alive! Floor plans are an option.
Pricing starts at $375

Additional Cost

Additional travel charge at $75/hr over 1.5 hour of travel
Any time spent organizing and prepping on site will be charged at $60/hr.

Terms

50% down to secure a date and do on site work. Then balance due on delivery of imagery. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, credit, Venmo or Zelle.
